| What happened to BeautifulCookies.com? |
| We are still the same great company we were before. Now, we’ve taken on the challenge, as requested by some of our loyal customers, to create new, gourmet products that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. We wanted a name that fit the new direction of the company. There will be more information posted soon. |
| Why are you making your cookies organic? Will they taste different? |
| We are going organic because we believe that it’s better for the environment, and our general health, to eat/cook organically. Lee Anne and Jeff have eaten organically for many years and think it’s important that people see that organic food can also be delicious. The cookies will taste the same, but more “real” for lack of a better word. There are no pesticides, hormones, or chemicals to get in the way. |
| What does “organic” mean? |
| It means that the government has certified that we don’t use products that have been grown with harsh chemical fertilizers and pesticides. None of the dairy items come from cows that have been fed animal products or any food that is not organic or been given steroids to increase milk production. All of our ingredients are real, all-natural, chemical-free, certified organic ingredients. This way, you’re tasting the real thing and keeping your body free from harmful chemicals. You’re also helping support family farmers and keeping our soil healthy for generations to come. |

| Do you use any nuts in the preparation of your cookies? |
| As many people have sensitivities and/or allergies to nuts, we do not use nuts in any of our products. |
| How many cookies come in a tin? |
| Typically, we include 24 cookies in a tin. A few tins vary with between 20-28 cookies. In total, you get approximately 1 ½ pounds of cookies per tin. |
| Do you take special orders? |

| We’ve appeared on The Food Network’s RECIPE FOR SUCCESS, UNWRAPPED and ROKER ON THE ROAD programs, and have been featured in many national magazines and newspapers. We were also featured on the Today Show and CBS’ The Early Show and Univision’s VER PARA CREER. |
| Do you sell the food-coloring markers separately? |
| Yes, we do. They are located on our Cookie Coloring page. |
| Do you offer sugar-free cookies? |
| No, we are sorry but all of our products contain sugar. The main ingredient in the icing is sugar and cannot be substituted. |
| How big are the cookies in the tins? |
| The cookies average about 3". Some cookies may be as small as 2" or as large as 4". The tins contain approximately 1 1/2 pounds of our delicious cookies. |
| How can I get a coupon? |
| From time to time we do offer coupon discounts. They are emailed to people on our Mailing List and to people who have previously ordered from Beautiful Sweets. |
| Do you offer a Cookie of the Month club? |
| Yes, we you may view our Cookie of the Month Club here. You are welcome to change the items that you would like shipped. This must be done within a week of when the order is placed. You can change to birthday items, cookie coloring items, whatever you would like. These items must all be shipped to the same address, of course we will happily change an address if someone has moved or changed addresses. |
